This 10 inch tall vase is covered in painted flowers and there are applied buds and handles at the neck. The base is 5 inches wide.
I have owned this piece for several years. I bought it from an antique outlet.

Made in China, circa 1930-50
With elongated neck decorated with applied root-form handles and buds, the globular body with vivid foliate decoration overall, the underside marked MADE IN CHINA with characters.
