It is a cute teddy bear. Such vintage toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis.

The teddy bear has a nice and cute look to it. It appears to be in overall good condition withou any signs of having been played with, however the paws look exceptionally white and I wonder whether they may have been changed? The teddy bear is more cuddly looking than the older bears that resemebled real bears more. Your teddy bear has shorter arms and legs and a more circular face with a shorter snout compared to teddy bears from the beginning of the 1900s. I would therefore date your teddy bear to have been made in the middle to last part of the 1900s. Without seing any marks or labels it is hard to determine its origin however it could both be English and American.
I believe this is a mass produced teddy toy and unfortunately mass produced toys rarely have value beyond their retail price.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the teddy has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the teddybear. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
