What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a painting by Francisco Gonzales, just as you stated. The uninterrupted provenance would be convincing. The very pleasant mexican street view shows a street in pastel colours with a church in the background. The painting in impressionistic style is signed lower right PaCo G. The artist must have received some training, both compositon and execution is very professional. The artist left no traces on the art market, none of his paintings were offered or sold at auction in recent years. The estimate is based on similar paintings by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction.
