What does this mean?

The appraised work appears to be a 1965 lithograph executed by Spanish artist Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) titled 'Shakespeare.' The print looks to be an artist proof separate from an edition of 150 and was published by Editions Cercle d'Art in Paris. The image is a stylized portrait of the famous British playwright rendered in a series of gestural lines. The estimate provided is based on comparables recently offered and sold at auction. The appraised work's size, composition, medium and condition (based on images provided), as well as the artist's current auction market were taken into consideration when determining the estimate. In many cases, pricing for similar examples available on the primary (retail) market vary, and are often higher than secondary (auction) market examples.
