American or English, late 19th Century
The rectangular molded-edged top with canted corners over a corresponding case flanked by figural pilasters and relief-carved lancets, the paneled hinged cabinet door depicting a seated figure within an archway, raised on canted legs with engaged colonnettes, with a lower shelf.
