This is an antique, early 20th century, about 1915 - 1920's cast metal decorative floor lamp with stylized shepherd's crook top for holding a light shade. The shade is done in a Victorian Revival style with hanging tassles and was likely made for this in the 1970s - 1980s. The shade is newer than the floor lamp base. The vast majority of these lamps were produced in the US and mostly by Bradley & Hubbard. These used to sell for considerably higher a few decades ago. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
