What does this mean?

Dear Fred,

Your pot is made in China in late 20th century so modern times. Its made completely for western taste but non- Chinese classical motives. Its a fishbowl and not a flower pot although almost everybody in the western world would use it as a flower pot. Its porcelain and partly printed and partly painted. Market for recent Chinese porcelain is purely decorative. My evaluation is a purely decorative one.
