What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 18th century chinese blue and white plate, hand painted with a pagoda, two people on a bridge, willow, pavillion and some other trees. These chinese export porcelain plates inspired Thomas Minton and others to produce the transfer printed "willow pattern", which in itself is very collectible. The plate in your possession has two hairline cracks which have a negative impact on the value.
