Height of frame is 21 in. and width is 17 in. The outline of the painting within this frame measures 12 in. in height and 8 in. in width. This appears to be a painting and not a print because I can see what looks like piles of paint (shiney spots) on the dots of the letters. My guess is it is acrylic. It appears there is a stamp beneath or over the signature.
