The item presented appears to be an acrylic painting by an American artist called Patricia Patsy Turner. It measures 20" (h) x 16" (w). The work is signed "Pt" on the lower right edge. It is housed in a frame, and it looks in good condition overall. It is a still life with pears and wine glasses.
Sadly, the artist Patricia Patsy Turner doesn't have any auction records. Therefore I may have to reach out to the Midsouth art gallery to see what similar works by this artist are currently selling for and I will make my valuation based on that. Do you want me to do that?

The Midsouth Art Gallery has just gotten back to us and has confirmed the following:
" I can validate Pat Turner has taken part in three local auctions for the Memphis Botanical Gardens, the Jewish Community Center. I can also validate that Ms. Turner has exhibited several paintings certified with a listed number and has show with this gallery and two other galleries our firm owns since 2019. Her actual sales have been: 8x10 and smaller $250-$300, her med range 9x12 up to 16x20 $350 - $500 large 30x40 $1,200.00."
As this particular artist doesn't have much of an auction record, so in this case, I rely on retail values. Please note that artworks always fluctuate as this is probably the case here for your painting.

Yes do contact the gallery, the email address is [email protected], gallery office is [email protected], I have several other works by this artist, she is a listed artist, art can be found in Paris on-line Gallery, I also have "Gold Fish" a small painting $900.00 and I have another titled "the Wave" $1,200.00 - the Wave is also marked on the back as being exhibited at the gallery with the gallery logo.
