What does this mean?

Thank you for the additional information and please excuse the delay.
These are two chinese watercolor and bodycolor paintings, dated according to the inscription 1932 ,signed with two artist seals, written in seal script, possibly 齐金斋 Qin Jin Zhai. Unfortunately the artist can not be identified. Nonetheless the quality is very good and he probably specialized in this particular subject. Similar pairs of chinese scroll paintings sell in the price range listed, asking prices are often higher.

According to the inscription the paintings were done in 1932 or 1992, signed with two artist seals, written in seal script, possibly 齐金斋 Qin Jin Zhai. There is a likelihood or possibility that these are only partly embellished photogravures after paintings. Either the photos are blurred or the reproduction print is or this blurred impression is a result of the mounting.
