What does this mean?

Dear Sally,

You have a Japanese Satsuma vase with a General Satsuma marking underneath. Da great Mountain and then Satsuma (?). Vase is made around 1925 and is handpainted. These wares need to be painted in very high detail ( sometimes with a ' brush ' containing one hair ) to be valuable. This one is of medium quality. Demand for these wares was better 30 years ago. Now its all Chinese ceramics with high prices. I expect your vase to reach a price around the estimate above.
