What does this mean?

Chinese Cabinet bar from mid 20th century made for export. Above average carving. Multiple relief carved panels with depictions of court life. Looks like Burmese Padauk instead of hardwood. Nice storage compartments. Because its not an antique prices are still not that high unfortunately. Antique of the near future I believe !
