What does this mean?

This is an early 20th century, about 1920's, print on canvas called an oleograph that was produced by A. Borsari and is a copy of an 1890 painting by a G. Quadrons or Guardrons. Borsari produced a multitude of reproduction works by various artists that are canvas prints treated to appear like an original painting. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
