This is a vintage Mid Century Modern style two tier table in maple that is made in the style of Heywood-Wakefield furniture from the mid 20th century. Heywood-Wakefield was quite diligent about marking all of their pieces and there is not a match to this form having been made by them. The over all two -tier form with center pole is based on tiered tidbit serving trays. This could potentially date to as recent as the 1980s.
