This bowl has handles, is footed (3), has a turned over scalloped edge, is adorned with glass leaves and flowers, the interior is a pale blue. One of the feet had been broken and repaired. One of the tips of the leaves is broken off. It has a number on the bottom-3740. It has gold leaf edging around the top.I was told by my Aunt, who bequeathed it to me, that it is valuable. I have no idea as I'm not even sure if it is Murano glass. I'm hoping you can shed light on its maker and its valuation. Thank you, Sarah Sylvester

My Aunt Martha owned it and she was from Philadelphia, PA. She lived to be 99 and passed away in 2012. She also collected ABP cut glass of which she left me quite a few.
