2- side chairs with arms 2- side chairs with no arms leather back and seats, usable, fair condition All 4 chairs have donkey on back of chair, embossed or branded (?) 2- chairs are branded on the back of the seat with the name Montery with a horseshoe. Chairs are 34" high and the seats are 18" at the widest point.

This seems to be a set of 2+2 California spanish revival chairs of the 1930s, with leather seat and back, branded with "horseshoe" emblem and "Monterey" and the silhouette of a goldrush era donkey. The chairs were produced by Mason Manufacturing Company for Barker Brothers Furniture from 1929 to the 1940s. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary". A goldrush enthusiast might be willing to pay more than the given high estimate.
