What does this mean?

Hi Phillip,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I don't recognize the "N" bolts and don't find them in a few databases of antique and vintage hardware.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A Mission / Arts and Crafts style oak rocking armchair
American, first quarter 20th Century
The curved tablet crest between squared stiles, centering a bannister-back with diamond-cut medial splat, horizontal plank-form arms, the leather-upholstered seat with a squab cover, on square legs, all on rockers.
34 inches high, 22 inches wide, 32 inches long
PROVENANCE: inherited
$250-350*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
