What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for apparaisal. This appears to be a second half 20th century persian tinned copper tray on stand. Such tables can be found all over the Middle East and also North Africa where once the ottoman empire ruled. The image most likely portrays an ancient assyrian or persian emperor at his court. Such occasional tables are quite common and are a favourite travel souvenir. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction.
