The stools are made by Ajusto Equipment Co in Bowling Green, OH. According to the label underneath it is an Ajustrite. It is ajustable with a wooden seat and a metal back. They also swivel in either direction. I have 9 of them and they are stamped anywhere between 1967 to 1969.

These came from a University that donated them to my husband's school which in turn said anyone could take however many they wanted.
