What does this mean?

Dear Steve,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

Sadly regarding technical problems, the images and messages were not displayed. I apologize for the delay of the appraisal.

The presented object appears to be a illustrated and written drawing on paper with the measurements of 20 x 14 inches. This letter was written and sketched by a wife for her husband in US military service with the name Robert Young and it appears to be signed or signed by Toimes Di Frain. This piece probably was made in the first half of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 25 to 50 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
