This painting by Leonardo de Vinci was created with lots of thick heavy paint and broad-brush strokes. Many years ago a previous owner decided to glue this particular oil on canvas painting by Leonardo, to a piece of cardboard that is beginning to show signs of ageing. Leonardo's matching signature can be found in the links below. If you need more photos I will return to the storage (Musume) and take them at your request. https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=ALeKk01Yc4moQi-coe9Cc9_3TEEtFyWdXg:1617582416774&source=univ&tbm=isch&q=leonardo+da+vinci+signature&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjGvuKK7OXvAhXSElkFHS43BloQ7Al6BAgCEDc&biw=1178&bih=623#imgrc=jxXbMNnaQ6jPVM https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=ALeKk01Yc4moQi-coe9Cc9_3TEEtFyWdXg:1617582416774&source=univ&tbm=isch&q=leonardo+da+vinci+signature&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjGvuKK7OXvAhXSElkFHS43BloQ7Al6BAgCEDc&biw=1178&bih=623

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry again.
The presented object appears to be a small-sized painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with unknown measurements. This painting depicts a still life with flowers in a vase. On the lower left side, the painting is signed with Leonardo. This artwork is not connected with the works of Leonardo da Vinci. This artwork differs in style and technique from the works of Leonardo da Vinci who was for example famous for his sfumato effect. Also signed or autographed Leonardo da Vinci with his full name or with L. da Vinci. The used canvas appears to be a machine-woven industrial-produced canvas of the second half of the 20th century.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
