What does this mean?

This is a vintage, early 20th century, about late 1920's to early 1930's hand painted felt face doll attributed to Lenci from Italy. Standing approximately 50cm tall, in original outfit minus shoes, side-glancing eyes and swivel head, this is in the makers #109 or #300 style. These dolls were made by Enrico and Elena (Lenci) Scavini whose business was active in Turin, Italy from 1919 until 1944. Value is based on actual past auction sales. Retail and 'asking prices' may be higher.
