What does this mean?

Dear Djordje,

You have a modern Chinese vase with a Meiping shape. Its made late 20th century after Ming / Kangxi examples. Unfortunately the vase has only decorative value. Nevertheless the quality of the painting is really good and its an impressive vase. I believe that in the very good Chinese art market today a vase like this could be sold around the estimate I gave you ?
