Thank you for your comment. Jackets similar to yours have been offered for sale within the price range of 200-500 us$, however this is not the same as they are sold for the offerede prices. I believe that a realistic sales price for the jacket will be within 100-200 us$ - you may be fortunate and obtain more than the appraisal however I would rather give you a realistic second hand sales price. As it is a collectors item and the condition of vintage designer clothes and accessories vary a lot the selling price will also vary from day to day depending on the number of similar jackets on the marked at the time when and if you choose to sell your jacket.
I hope that if you decide to sell the jacket will get the highest price for it.
