The presented object appears to be a modern reproduction long face Jumeau porcelain doll. It has a height of 16 inches. Old Jumeau dolls have different eyes and handpainted eyebrows.
As a comparable, I attach a modern replica Jumeau where you can see the same eyes and face.

This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
