The dress is very special and unique and appears to be in fairly good condition. I would say that it is approximately 30-50 years old. It was designed by Jeanette Kastenberg for M&M Mars candy corp.
This very unique would attract the attention of both dealers and collectors and the interest may increase the price however it is always hard when it comes to unique items. This is why the gap in the estimate is so large.
