The cup is almost 10 cm wide and almost 5 cm high The saucer is almost 14 cm wide and almost 1.5 cm high. It appears that the paint and glazes were applied in layers and Paint is flat, glazes have a sheen of course. Gold appears to be the colour as if it was 18K gold or contained gold. The porcelain is very thin and light.
The set belonged to my grandmother (I am 60 years old) but I have no information how long it has been in the family. This is the only cup and saucer left on my side of the family. I also have no information whether it was acquired at an auction.
