23"W x 24 1/2"L. Approximately 4 lbs. Black wood frame, possibly bamboo also. Back paper is mostly intact and sealed. Frame in decent shape with a few flaws. Canvas in great shape. Japanese artist, painted in early to late 60's.

Father purchased from Turner Art Gallery in 70's. They were original owners other than the artist, as far as I know.
