What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a silkscreen print/ serigraph by Shinohara, Ushio (1932-) from 1971, titled "Genji", composed of 19th century ukiyo-e woodblock print motifs. While paintings by the artist are very expensive, this does not necessarily apply for this prints. The print in your possession is one of 250. A similar print, but of an edition of only 25 is currently on offer for over 3000 USD. The estimate is based on similar prints by the artist sold at auction. As always "asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
