Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese fake after the 5 LIRE 1911 Commemorative issue 50th Anniversary of the Kingdom of Italy coin. The relief is similar but has soft outlines and differ from the original. The material will be of silver colour but not of the correct weight.
The value is unfortunately Zero.
