What does this mean?

Hi again Reza,

The item presented appears to be a stone lithograph by American artist Irving Weinstein. The artist is best known for his Judaica depictions of men. This print appears to be signed in plate and by the artist's hand to the margin. Unfortunately, there is not much biographical information regarding the artist and he is not a listed artist. He does not seem to hold strong auction records at this point. The estimate provided is based on the few auction estimates and results of signed stone lithographs by Weinstein. Thank you again for your appraisal inquiries. Take care.

Oh, my sincerest apologies, Reza. I forgot to add the estimate to the appraisal. I am sorry! A fair market value estimation for this print would reach about $25 - 200.
