What does this mean?

Hello again Bill,

Thank you for another appraisal inquiry with Mearto. The item presented appears to be another woodblock by Hiroshi Yoshida (吉田 博, Japanese, 1876 - 1950) titled "Hirosaki Castle" (Hirosaki jô). The print is from the series titled "Eight Scenes of Cherry Blossoms" (Sakura hachidai). Again the work appears to be signed and the inscriptions to the left margin indicate the print was printed by the artist and was made in Showa, 1935. The estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and results of this work and other comparable woodblock by Hiroshi Yoshida, dating to the same period. The estimate is contingent on a full condition report. Please note asking or dealer prices may vary. Thank you and please take care.
