My father inherited this when uncle bob passed away and I have it now after my father's passing. The story is Harry and my great uncle exchanged art work; Size: 24'' x 15.5'' (61 x 39 cm);
As stated, this was inherited from the artist Robert Riggs(my great uncle). They exchanged art in Pennsylvania. Early 1900's
