Thank you for providing the additional photos. Your rug is a Turkish Oushak wool rug, handwoven flatweave, with what's called a "turtle" border. It was made in the first half of the 20th century and appears to be in good condition. Oushak rugs get their name from the town in which they were created located south of Instanbul.
