Its a clear gold color glass with cobalt blue on the inside. The cobalt has a thin outer layer of gold with bubnles in it. It stands approx 4 to 41/2 in tall it has two long ears that extend behind upturned head. One ear is touching the tail. It has a faded sticker on bottom that says " hand made venetian" cant make out next word, "co." A picture of a man steering a boat is on label
