The presented object appears to be a scrapbook with the title "Deutsche Märchen" (German Fairy Tales) printed and edited by the Cigaretten Bilderdienst Hamburg in 1937. The concept of this scrapbook was that in every packet of cigarette you could find an image illustrating the fairy tales in the book.
This piece is sadly in damaged condition.
An estimation would be between 15 to 30 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
