This piece of art was handed down after my parents passed. It is numbered and signed. That is all I know about it. Supposedly handed to my parents bye Willie Nelson, the country singer.

Willie Nelson was the previous owner according to my parents. It was a gift, after the IRS raid. I don't know its origins other than that.

What does this mean?

Dear Charles,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a serigraph print on paper with unknown measurements. The print has the title "The Friendship State" and is hand-signed with the name James Dearing. It is dated 1986 and has an edition of 101/1000.
Works by this artist were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 40 to 80 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
