Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This chinese scroll pretends to be a fragment of a Zhu Xi 朱熹 calligraphy with additional comments by later owners.
The paper being seriously damaged by woodworm (Anobium punctatum), frayed edges restored and laid down on supporting paper. After conferring with knowledgeable sources I would have doubts on the authenticty of this scroll. You might want to show the scroll to a reputable auction house in your area for hands on inspection to get a second opinion.
