What does this mean?

This is a vintage, 20th century, Colonial Windsor reproduction comb back armchair with leather and brass tack upholstered crest rail and seat by Duckloe Brothers Furniture of Portland, Pennsylvania. Frederick Duckloe & Brothers began as carriage makers in 1859. Frederick however also studied and practiced building antique Windsor reproductions based on images of originals. They are now a 4-generation Windsor reproduction furniture company that is still in business today. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
