4 piece dining set w/ six matching chairs

Description

Table is 58 in. long, 42 in. wide, 30 inches tall. There is a 12 in. leaf built in under the table that opens with an internal mechanism. Six matching chairs recently re apholstered. We are not sure of the wood. Two buffets and China cabinet

Provenance

We do not know the history. We bought it from an antique dealer in Eastern Pennsylvania.

An Art Nouveau style maple or cherry dining set
Made by Earlwood Furniture, Ltd, England, first half 20th Century
comprising an extending dining table, set of six chairs (two arm and four side), a sideboard, a buffet and a china cabinet.
table: 30 inches high 58 inches long, 42 inches wide; with an enclosed 12-inch leaf
chairs:
sideboard: 37 inches tall by 66 inches wide by 20 inches deep
buffet: 34 inches tall by 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep
china cabinet: 68 1/2 inches tall by 40 inches wide
PROVENANCE: acquired from an antique dealer in Eastern Pennsylvania

I found something on the bottom of an armchair. It said Earlwood 10. I am assuming the 10 means 10 piece.
China cabinet (3 shelves & a drawer) 40" W. X 68 1/2" Tall; Sideboard 66" W., 37" T., 20" Deep; Buffet 36" W., 34" T., 18" deep

I've updated this to include the dimensions.
Earlwood could be the name of the maker, though its one I'm not familiar with. 10 could refer to a pattern number. Can you take a photograph of that and add it so I can confirm that?
