Georg, I had my daughter take these pictures with her cell phone. I hope they will help. There is no scratches or condition issues. They are just the reflections from the window. I thought I seen this picture in a gallery I looked at a few years ago online. Beverly

Georg, I didn't understand about the surface until I looked it up. I took the picture out of the glass/frame. I turned it sideways and felt the surface. It is completely smooth like paper. Would that make it a print and does it have value? Beverly

Thanks for the additional information and your patience. Thie requested object is a probably a gouache or watercolor. It depicts a still-life with interior objects and sitting Canadian goose. There is no edition mentioned like on a print. On the other side, it could be a print after a watercolor. Sadly the images are not detailed enough to decide that clearly. The sheet is signed with "R. Davey". Sadly this signature is not identified with a known artist who is mentioned for example in auction records. This work is made in the second half of the 20th century. An estimation would be between 40 to 80 USD. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.

Thankyou so much. I know this isn't a Randall davey picture. However, I compared this signature with Robert Davey and the R.Davey was just alike. Does that make a difference. It's nice to find experts to give their appraisals.
