What does this mean?

Dear seller,
Its looks like a double stamp quarter and that makes it collectable. 1983 is also collectable because the US mint didn't make many coins that year.

It is double stamped but with (DIME)?? That's not just double stamped so I think your estimate is a bit low.... I do have a question though. Should I have this thing sent off and graded???
