I have a large collection of 179 pieces of vintage glass stemware and accessories. They are Craftsman Stemware brand in the Wheat pattern, purchased in the 1940s - 50s in Yokohama Japan by my uncle who was stationed there with the navy. The items include glasses ranging from pilsners, old fashioned, champagne glasses, cocktail glasses, brandy, port, and liqueur glasses, seafood cocktail dishes with glass liners, goblets, a pitcher, an ice bucket with metal lid and tongs, and two glass cocktail shakers with metal lids and strainers. All are in excellent condition, most are in the original packing boxes, some have never been used, all have been stored in the original wood shipping crates complete with my uncle's name and US Navy rank. One of the crates has the shipping label from Yokohama Japan and the distributor there.
Please see the information in the previous section regarding provenance. Purchased in 1940s-50s Japan by my uncle.
