What does this mean?

Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a copper vase with the inscription of the artist 赤祖父晓光 Gyôkô Akasofu (1885-1912), an important metalworker during the Meiji period.

Attached are links to all of his other works I could locate, with hammer prices or estimates. I've tried to estimate the price of yours based on these, but note the higher prices below.
