What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a rather modern in mold blown chinese glass vase, of transparent turqouise colour, etched and cut and spray painted, design depicting a bird on a branch. Various etched seals for decorative purpose only. Very similar or near identical vases have been sold or offered at auction. The estimate is based on auction results. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
