Thanks so much, Deborah, for confirming the piece count.

Noritake china sets are very soft on the market currently: most sets averaging less than $1 per piece, generally regardless of all but the fanciest patterns. Here is a somewhat old auction record of a smaller group of a Crest-pattern dinner service:
https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/209178_909-66-pieces-of-noritake-crest-china - unsold
As well as a few more recent sales of sets comparable in size to yours:
https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/65445139_set-112-vintage-noritake-glenmore-china-set - $250
https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/69298906_set-of-vintage-noritake-fiesta-china - $60

Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, you have:

A 112-Piece Noritake china partial dinner service
"Crest" pattern, Morimura mark, Made in Japan, mid 20th Century, comprising:
16 dinner plates
16 luncheon or salad plates
16 bread and butter plates
16 cups with 16 saucers
16 consomme or fruit bowls
8 soup bowls
2 large serving platters
2 gravy bowls
2 sugar bowls
2 cream pitchers
$100-125 (represents a fair market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary).

Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you for using Mearto.

It’s a 16 piece full set. 2gravy bowls, sugar and creamer, salt and pepper , cups, saucers, 3 serving plates

I apologize for not being more clear. This set has more than 16 pieces. Do you mean that it is a place setting for 16? and, if so, how many pieces are in a place setting (it was not uncommon for people to buy partial sets, ie, dinner and lunch plates but not dessert plates or consomme bowls).
The value is somewhat determinant on having the same number of each piece throughout (meaning no pieces were ever broken, which as you can imagine is rare but which adds value).
