The wood looks very light and is also light weight so I wonder if it may be birch. I got the item from my German grandmother and it may be from either Würzburg or Garmisch area, there are no markings on the bottom of the statue. Measures 7inches tall by 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. Am curious if you can track down how old this is and maybe even a likely artist.
