China cabinet: 70 inches high, 41 inches long, 14 inches deep
PROVENANCE: purchased in Washington DC in 1980
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age.

Thanks for the info. We've decided to keep the table and chairs since they match the floors so well in our new house. Do you have a ballpark price for the hutch and buffet as separate pieces" Measurements for those two pieces are:
Buffet--34" high, 58" long, and 18" deep.
Hutch--70" high, 41" long, and 14" deep.
Any suggestions on where is best to try and sell? Is a consignment shop the best option? Thx
You can go that route, or see if they'll buy it outright. It may be useful to ask around in your area to see what consignment stores might pay for these. If they sell them on consignment, they'll take a commission and most likely not pay you until things sell, which can take awhile. Another option is to sell these through auction; a conservative estimate for each would be $150-250, which would certainly generate interest among buyers and I wouldn't be surprised if they each sold towards the high end of those estimates.
