Alte Häuser an der Pegnitz" (Nuremberg. Old Houses at the river Pegnitz). The signature to the right is difficult to read. It could be read as Burkart or Burchart. in combination with the clear readable title this leads to no result. This print was made in the first third of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 30 to 60 USD.
